Thank you for shopping at Yoture Toys (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

• Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

2. Warehouse Location

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse located in Los Angeles, California, USA.

3. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We currently offer the following shipping method. Estimated delivery times are calculated after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on your location, carrier performance, and external factors (weather, holidays, etc.).

Economy Shipping 5–8 business days Our standard shipping option for most orders within the United States. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and carrier performance.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to addresses within the United States (excluding P.O. boxes and certain remote locations that may not be serviceable by our carriers). If your address is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

5. Shipping Fees

We are pleased to offer free Economy Shipping (5–8 business days) on all eligible orders shipped within the United States. No additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout for Economy Shipping.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped from within the United States. No customs duties or import taxes are charged on domestic U.S. shipments. Standard sales taxes may apply based on your state or local regulations and will be shown at checkout where applicable.

7. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email that may include a tracking number (where available). Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

• If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can assist you.
• If your package appears lost in transit, we may reach out to the carrier to investigate.
• If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
