Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service@yoturetoys.com.

Scope
- We only accept returns for products purchased from Yoturetoys official channels.
- Items purchased elsewhere must be returned via the original seller.
- A valid order number is required. We do not honor claims for goods obtained through unlawful channels.
90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied within 90 days of delivery (where permitted by law), you may return the product for a full refund of the product price. You are responsible for return shipping to Yoturetoys.

Returns & Refunds

Your request must include:
- Order confirmation number
- Full name and contact information
Incomplete requests may be declined.
- Address & instructions: We will provide return instructions after authorization.

Condition of items: Return items in the condition received, including original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Items or packaging with damage, stains, usage marks, alterations, or non-original packaging may be refused.
- Missing accessories may incur up to a 10% restocking fee (based on original retail price, excluding discounts/coupons).

Inspection & outcome: We will email you once we receive and inspect the return.
- If approved, a refund (less any applicable deductions) will be issued to your original payment method.
- If declined, no refund will be issued and the item may be returned to you at your expense.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet this Policy. This Policy does not limit our right to seek compensation for losses due to customer-caused damage (including packaging).
Defects, Damage, or Wrong Items
- Inspect your order upon delivery. If defective, damaged, or incorrect, email service@yoturetoys.com within 48 hours of receipt so we can evaluate and resolve.
- If a returned item is tested and found not defective, it will be returned to you and shipping charges will apply.
- For verified manufacturing defects, request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery; we will refund or replace as appropriate.
Additional Notes
- Unopened items returned in original condition within 90 days are refunded to the original payment method.
- Opened items may be refunded via a Yoturetoys gift card of equal value.
- If an item is damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging by the customer, a gift-card refund may apply.
- If an item is temporarily out of stock, you may cancel for a full refund or wait for restock. If permanently out of stock, you are entitled to a full refund.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we will issue a Yoturetoys gift card for the value of your return—no need to notify the gift giver.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect upon posting on our website. Your continued purchases indicate acceptance of the updated Policy.
