Device not powering on?

- Check the power connection: Ensure the device is securely plugged in, then briefly press the "Home" button in the middle.
- Try a different power adapter: If the device still won't turn on, try using another USB wall adapter (such as a standard Apple iPhone charger).Note: Please make sure the adapter supports an output of at least 5V/1A.
- Use the original power cable: Please ensure you are using the dedicated power cord provided in the original box.

How can I delete pictures from the device?
To delete a picture, simply long-press on the image you wish to remove. An options menu will pop up on your screen—just tap Delete to confirm the removal.
How do I turn on the YotureToys AI Drawing Projector?
→ Simply press and hold the Home button in the center for 1 seconds to power on the device.
Do I need an SD card?
No SD card is needed. You can download all drawing packs directly from the App.
Do I need Wi-Fi for the projector to work?
→ No, Wi-Fi is not required for basic use. However, to download new drawing packs or use the AI image generation feature, you’ll need to connect the device via the BrightBuddies App, and your phone must be connected to the internet.
How do I connect the projector to my phone?
→ Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, open the App, and log in — the projector will automatically connect to your device within seconds.
Do I need to insert an SD card to access drawing packs?
→ No SD card is needed. All drawing packs are downloaded directly from the app.
Are new drawing packs added regularly?
→ Yes, new themed packs are released every month — including animals, holidays, and story series.
Can the AI create custom drawings from my ideas?
→ Yes! Just type a prompt like “draw a dancing cute cartoon dog,” and the AI will generate it instantly.
Can I convert my photos into line drawings?
→ Yes, upload any photo and the app can turn it into a simple outline for tracing.
Is it suitable for both kids and adults?
→ Absolutely! It’s designed for kids aged 3+, but parents and older children can also enjoy creating together.
Is the device safe for children to use?
→ Yes. It uses low-power LEDs, non-radiative projection, and child-safe materials.
Can I update the device firmware (OTA)?
